Baby is Looking for a Child to Play With- ADOPTED!

09/25/09I love children. I love to cuddle and play. I am only 1-2 years old and need a little training but I am smart! I was out on the street and thanks to SCPR. I know I will find a furever home.

The Amy Fund

This campaign is to raise funds needed to address the day-to-day expenses incurred by the rescue. Most people do not realize the costs involved in running a rescue. All nonprofit organizations need financial resources to help achieve their goals.

SCPR has two basic means of financial support: individual donations and fundraising efforts.

Our cost to rescue and place a dog starts at $200.00 and goes up depending on any special needs such as surgery or behavioral problems that need to be addressed with a dog behaviorist. Below is a list of the basic costs per dog put into rescue:

Animal Control Authority: $35.00+
Blood Panel: $60.00
Crate: $20.00
Dental: $90.00+ (depending on age)
Initial 2 Week Quarantine: $5.00-$16.00 per day
Initial Vet Exam: $15.00
Micro Chip: $50.00
Neuter: $75.00
Rabies: $10.00
Spay: $100.00
Transporting: $20.00-$50.00
Vaccines: $25.00
Worming: $25.00
